Hey guys,
I recently installed a full Dominator HP-8 exhaust on my CBR650R and now it’s running lean with some heavy popping and backfires on decel. All the reputable tuners around here are booked solid until September, and I really don’t want to wait until the end of the season for an ECU flash just to fix the AFR. It seems like my only real option right now is to grab a Power Commander 6. Do you think a PC6 is a solid enough fix for this setup, and since Dynojet doesn't have a specific map for the Dominator HP-8, which one should I use as a starting point — maybe the Akrapovic or SC Project full system map? I'd appreciate any input on whether I should just go for it or if there’s a better quick fix I’m missing. Thanks!
