this was common when i had a 2021 cbr650r in 2021 brand new. then in 2023 got another 2021 and it had the same issue. rattle or slight vibration sound around 5.5-6krpm in any gear. bike was stolen so never found the solution.

2021 cbr650r with akarpovic s-h6r11-aft. fit was perfect. but the kit came with a o2 sensor extension wire, which wasn't needed and didn't fit my connector anyway. oem o2 wire was long enough. I'm located in canada.paid about $1400.

ended up just cutting oem license plate wire and splicing it to the new one that came with the tail tidy.

wondering if anyone kno if this will fit 2021 cbr650r, are the rear connectors the same as 19-20 models?
