Do you have a video for this on your youtube? If not could you please describe the process on doing this and if it's holding good in 2025

"for this" ? - Not sure what you mean now.. The muffler or?

Just noticed my own comment above. No I don't think i have a video about this but, you could basically follow any guide for metal painting that needs to be somewhat heat resistant..

What I did was, scotch bright to roughen the surface of the shield, clean it with alcohol (IPA, etc), first paint it with acid primer/heat resistant primer couple layers and then paint it with heat resistant matt black. Just let it dry between every paint primer / paint layer for 5-10min and dont go full beans with the spray on the first layers.

Guess you could check for example:

The paint is still holding on the shield, but I'm not using the OEM exhaust anymore. It did do the trick what it still were thou. As long as you prep the surface well enough and clean it before painting.. and take the time with painting the layers and also add enough layers it should last pretty well.

But ofc, your mileage may vary... 😅
