Galvan Upholstery in Oklahoma City. I gave them the seat and picked it up the same day. It may have been next day. They do a bunch of car interiors.
I looked at Luimoto but that’s a lot of $ for a seat cover you still have to put on yourself.. Local places are cheaper and give you exactly what you want (if you live in a big enough area to have good options).
No gel for me. The seat felt pretty comfortable to begin with. With diamond stitching they add another layer of softer foam.. I think mine was 1/4” or 1/8”.

Yeah Luimoto is really expensive
I do have some companies here in Nashville that I might ask them a few estimates.
I do need to put some gel though, my butt gets sore after a while.
Putting gel is doable and definitely affordable if I do it by myself.

how many fingers are you able to use an the clutch? 2 or 3?
looking on buying some short levers as well

You can still use 3. If using 2 you’ll pull into ring finger. I was hoping to just use 2 fingers, but it’s a little long for that. Find myself using three and kinda holding pinky in air when shifting. It still feels like an improvement. Just wish was even shorter. Clutch is easy to pull even with 2 fingers.

yeah that's what I'm looking for, 2 fingers only on both clutch and brake

I moved the perch closer to the center of the bar while still making sure the lever will bottom out on the grip instead of the turnsignal/horn plastic body. It’s better. I still have to modify my technique, but I think I can get use to it. I just have to get use to not pulling the lever all the way in. I adjusted the friction zone out away from the bar a little to help with this.

I order some short levers as well, should be here on Sunday
I’ll give it a try a move perch closer to the center if I find my self pinching to many fingers 😅

can you share at least the ballpark amount of what the reupholstery of the seat ran you?

You’d be looking at around $100. That’d be new vinyl and them reinstalling back on the seat pan.
