CB650R 2019 CB650RA Cranks, No start

I changed out the crank case cover and now it won't start. Powers up and turns over. Battery is fully charged.
It ran just before the CC cover was changed.

1st attempt may have been low on oil after the change.
Rechecked CKP sensor connection from the crankcase. Checked the signal from CKP sensor with ohm meter while turning over and it appears to be working with a variable resistance response.
Pulled the tank and the main relay and fuel pump relay appear to be clicking on.
Engine MIL light goes out after key is on for a few seconds.

Where do I check for fuel and spark on this bike as the plugs are not easily accessible?

I have downloaded the service manual for this bike but I can't see an easy way of diagnosing it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Your sensor is in upside or backwards, can’t remember which. Very easy to do on this bike; search the forum, it’s happened before.

Awesome news!!! I have no idea why it’s designed to fit better the wrong way than the correct way, or why it’s not notched or has an arrow or something to help it get put in right but I did it on my 600RR, an extremely common problem with them, and it’s been done several times here as well.

You're not the first to do it and unfortunately won’t be the last, lol!!!
