Akra db killer

i have an akra exhaust and it has a db killer on. I want to remove it so i watched a few videos, however i don’t have a bolt and my allen key just goes through the hole so i supposed nothing is holding it in place and it doesn’t seem like it is welded. I tried to pull it out but it doesn’t wanna come out even with excessive force. Someone has an idea what to do? It’d be appreciated)

I used a long extension and mallet to hammer it out. Easy-peasy
