All 650Fs Can I use 25w turn signal resistor for cbr650f?

I am changing the stock signal light to led.

I am wondering if 25w resistor is able to work with led on cbr650f. ( manual says 21w for each turning light )

I am using the 10w resistor for my front signal that came together, and they are fine ( no hyper flashing)
