I just wanted to know if its usual for a new bike(break in period) 200 Kms total done.
The bike is consuming around 8'7 liters/100km I think thats a bit too much for this bike, but Maybe its normal for break in periods idk...Anyone with a cb650r could help me out? Thanks in advance guys :)!

My CBR650R has 2800mls on it.. I get 55-60mpg (UK) easily, without trying to be economical. Just driving normally.

That works out to around 4.7l/100km.

Perhaps give it a few more miles, as the engine ECU learns.

Thanks for the reply Saqib, I messaged the official dealership this morning and the guy told me that the bikes takes time to learn, he said around the first inspection(1000km) with the oil change and everything the mileage consume should be around what you said 5-6/100km, I'll just wait until the 1000 maintenance and If it doesnt get better I will tell them to check the bike cs its not usual for it to drink so much. Anyway thabks guys :)

I can get from low 40s to high 50s ... depends on the "fun level" being had. I've also got mine tuned - so it is a little more thirsty than stock when you give it the throttle!

(UK miles per gallon)

i get between 16km per liter to 18km peer liter that's the norm for me if i really push it it can get lower then that and if i ride like an old person i can maybe just maybe get 20\21km per liter.

12km/l riding in city, 15-20km/l in highways depending of the speed.
Coming from a MT-07, the CBR consumes a lot of fuel :/

Its normal, 2 cylinder bikes are more economic, but don't make this beautiful sound in my opinion

My average oscillates between 4.5-6.5l/100, depends on the mood

Very ecological driving 4,0 l/100 km. Or less the real consumption. i got over 370 km with a tank. But was a suffering, only legal speeds and motor brake.
Normal 5,0 l
Sport over 6,0 l/100
