Hello all.

Just wanted to pass along an FYI that I've purchased & installed an SSL certificate for the site.
You should now, by default, be directed to the secured/encrypted version of the site @ https rather than http.

In your browser bar, you'll see the "secure" label (may look slightly different depending on browser used):

You may (or may not) have to re-login as well.

Let me know if any issues.

No idea what that actually in detail means but "certificate" and "secure" and "encrypted" sounds good :lock: and I also heard the name SSL before.....somewhere. Thank you! :)
(What I really need is a thumbs up symbol/emoji. There is one with a lifted finger but I guess that´s the wrong one )

In summary, SSL sets up an encrypted link between your browser and our web server, making all data that passed in between private.

It's more important when financial transactions are involved, but doesn't hurt to have one anyways.

Google also prefers SSL.

👌👍

Very good improvement:).
It mainly protects the login credentials though, since almost all other stuff communicated to the site is publicly viewable.
