I find that on longer rides my hands get sore. I think there's a bit too much rake for me in the bars so I put too much weight on the outer part of my hands.

I want to push the bars out a bit but there is a nob underneath that sets the rake. Has anyone replaced the bars or tried grinding off the nob?

Thanks

I had that problem of sore hands but as I have got used to the bike that problem has just about disappeared. Interestingly though I had thought of moving my bars forward a bit but I did not realize they were fixed in one postion.I thought maybe they would be on a spline, multi adjustable. Should have known better.

I used to get sore there as well. Loosen your grip and bend your elbows - this will help generally with posture and ride comfort.

Also - get tank grips so your legs can take some of the weight and stress from your arms.
