All 650's Is browning normal on Titanium Akra?

I know titanium is supposed to blue but I noticed some brownish spots on the ends of the muffler and I was wondering if that’s normal?

Google doesn’t seem to tell me much about it turning anything other than blue…

Polish, like autosol and elbow grease. But it'll come back as soon as the pipe heat cycles.
