CB650F Rear left LED indicator issue

Hi all,

Got a 2018 CB650f, and recently the rear left LED indicator stopped working. I replaced with a new one and all seemed to work fine, however got back from a ride yesterday and the new one had gone. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

Also noticed that the highlighted parts in the attached photo under the seat were very hot (too hot to touch) is this normal/ could it be related?

Any help would be much appreciated!

If your turn signals are aftermarket LED ones, those are likely the load resistors used to stop the hyper flashing. It's normal for them to get hot.

Check all of your connections to make sure everything is still fully connected including any wire splices that may have been done.
