    CBR650R New bike problems?

will be adjusting everything, and see where it goes from there. just didnt expect a brand new vehicle to need this level of adjustment....especially the chain I had to go 2 hours away to get my bike. it was the closest dealer that had them in stock. i will check with my local dealer and see...

    CBR650R New bike problems?

its mostly when slowing down getting off the highway. I don't skip gears in this instance, as I'm gradually slowing down. I find it happens most often from 5 > 4 and 4 > 3. 2 situations where it happens: -throttle closed, decelerating: clutch in, blip/kick down, clutch out. and...I'm still in...

    All 650Rs Fuel consumption inaccuracy

Every vehicle I've owned has been off. It's just based around the calculations the sensors do. They aren't an exact science, as they don't need to be. It's just for reference. My current car (honda fit) reads about 2-3 mpg more than my calculations. Also, gasoline expands and contracts with...

    CBR650R New bike problems?

Bought my bike brand new (3 miles on the odometer), in mid July Haven't ridden much because, well, we all know why Has about 250 miles now and I've already noticed a few things, that I thought would be sorted right from the start. And shouldn't need maintenance already. Had anyone else had...

    Electric CB...

Idk, solar panels and batteries will probably outlive gasoline. Gas goes bad after sitting for too long

    Favorite Places to Ride

I'm lucky enough to live in knoxville, tn. Nothing really great about it, except proximity to the tail of the Dragon, devils triangle, and all throughout the Smoky mountains. Others have mentioned these a bunch. I also used to live in Connecticut. Some of the best roads there would be just...

    CBR650F I messed up.

Before you replace your fuse, check your wiring for shorts. No sense in replacing the fuse if the cause of the trip is still there. Good way to burn thru a bunch of fuses...... 😅

    CBR650R Paint/PlastiDip Windscreen

Has anyone out there elected to paint or plastidip their windscreen, instead of replacing it with a smoked one? Wondering how it looks, and if it impairs your vision at all? I feel like it may make the dash easier to read, too?

    New 600RR Confirmed

My last bike was a 2011 600RR with pipe, power commander. It was an insane machine. But, also a target for thieves :punch::rage: For the type of riding I do (and my slowly aging joints), the 650R is way more suited :D

    New 600RR Confirmed

oh, absolutely all valid points. I'm thinking more within the next decade. Since this article mentioned the 600RR being the last generation, just speculating what direction their middleweight supersport might be going. Maybe they'll make a 650RR?

    New 600RR Confirmed

for about 15 more hp (none of which you'd be able use on the street) over the 650R, the only reason to get the RR would be for the gadgets. Especially with the RR not being Euro5 compliant. I wonder if the 650s will fall into the flagship mid-weight category. The article does say this is likely...

    All 650's Stuck Seat issue CBR650F -15

I'm not sure how similar the 650r's are, as far as the seat goes. but on mine, I find that I need to: unlock it, which allows me to pull the back of the seat up just enough so it doesnt relatch then kind of smack my fist against the front corners of the seat, where the little metal arms are on...
