K2 Crash bars for CB650F - thoughts?

has anyone tried the K2 Crash Bars for the CB650F (2018)?
They're the only bars I've found so far that could actually protect the engine casings but I wanted to gather opinions & experiences before taking the plunge.

i bought these after doing some research they are 3 mm thick steel tubing unlike Chinese made and were the most reasonably priced with delivery
