The instructions for this say to just remove the bottom radiator bolt and plastic clip from the belly pan, fit the downpipe grille and re-fit bolt and clip. In reality there is no way I can get my hand between the grille and the downpipes to tighten the bolt and I do not have big hands at all...

I have just recieved these crash protectors for my cbr, the fitting instructions say to not exceed 40nm of torque however the service manual says the torque setting for the bolt it is replacing is 49nm. Any suggestions as to what torque setting should be used here?
